Founded by a parent navigating the music industry on behalf of a young artist, Bear & Co. was born from first-hand experience of the challenges that emerging talent and their families often face. While there are many incredible professionals within the industry, it quickly became clear that finding trustworthy guidance, honest advice and genuine representation could be difficult. There was a need for an agency built on integrity, transparency and a genuine commitment to putting talent first.
